Please ask your drivers if they get their tips. I found out months ago that the tips they claim 100% of them go to the driver do not go to the driver AT ALL. I reported this to them for months and it seems like they don’t care, making me believe this is what they do.
It’s now another exam season without my MacBook because my insurance and their repair partner still can’t fix a simple screen issue properly. My laptop was sent back in courier plastic bags — no box, no protection — and the screen cracked again. Instead of taking responsibility, I was blamed for not buying bubble wrap! Two weeks ago, I was told it was finally ready for delivery, only to get another call saying it needed to go back because it still wasn’t fixed correctly. This has been going on since May, and it’s now October — two exam seasons without the laptop I rely on for work and studies. Completely unacceptable service and zero accountability.
Made to feel like my business wasn’t valued from the start. Chased a quotation across WhatsApp, email, and phone, only to be told they have “too many customers” and I should order myself online. If this is the service before spending a large amount, I can’t imagine the support if something went wrong. Disappointing.

I’m deeply concerned about the repeated and careless handling of patient information by this lab. On multiple occasions I received my mother’s confidential blood test results and account balances, without her consent. Shockingly, the same sensitive information was also sent to her former colleague, which is a gross violation of her privacy. While the documents were password-protected, the password used was my personal ID number — which is not only inappropriate but a serious breach of my own privacy as well. At no point did my mother consent to sharing her medical or financial information with anyone, including me. This is not a minor error. It is a repeated breach of POPIA and basic ethical standards. My trust in this lab is completely broken, and unless serious steps are taken to correct this and prevent future violations, I will be reporting this to the HPCSA and Information Regulator. Patients deserve better. Our private information should be treated with the highest level of care and confidentiality — not handled so carelessly.
I’m being ****med! I keep paying for next day delivery, priority, then you lie about me not being available when I live in an estate and work from home. These are only from this week, 3 of them, every order gets rescheduled or it’s “we tried to deliver your order”, and “recipient not available”. Why do I pay for next day delivery? Why do you claim I wasn’t available? Why do you keep rescheduling my delivery time? Do your drivers have proof that I wasn’t available? Do you want me to request surveillance footage from the estate entrance? Why do you make me pay for something I don’t get???? Is that not a ****?
I honestly have no words. L& M turned a house into a home. They have become like family. I felt so bad at how much they had to work because we have 4 floors. They had a solution for everything we were unsure about. Everything was handled with care. The ladies were a fine touch because they could put together decor. I’m just here to warn people about Ooba Insurance. They installed a guesser in June and the service provider mentioned there was damage to the roof and if it ever rains there will be a huge leak. Since they were plumbers they couldn’t fix it especially without approval of insurance, it wasn’t concerning because it was winter and there wouldn’t be rain. They sent an inspector that confirmed that roofing needs some work. And that was it. Once it started raining I contacted them again, they sent another service provider and never heard anything useful from them, they keep saying they will attend to it. Now my house floods every time it rains, the small thing that could’ve been prevented damaged my ceiling and valuables. There’s a section of my house and closet that floods when it rains. Now other rooms smell damp and nasty. Something that could’ve been fixed 5 months ago is not and now causes so much damage, my valuables won’t be replaced even when they can come fix the roof and ceilings. THIS IS NOT THE INSURER YOU CAN DEPEND ON! YOU CANNOT HAVE AN INSURER TAKE MONTHS TO ATTEND TO A LEAK AND FLOODING. I only got their insurance because they helped me with a home loan but I’m definitely cancelling my insurance, all this time I’ve been waiting for them gave me an opportunity to shop for a new insurer.
