VISA refused. leaving in 10 days. could have fixed it. SO ANGRY. SO ***********. and Megan refers to the child's birth certificate as an "UNDER THE BRIDGE" birth certificate. Im sorry... you had one job.... i know there are no guarantees but their utter incompetance cost me a life dream trip to paris, plus additional cancellation fees, waste of visa fees. Over 10k and counting. and the only thing they can offer is to refund 1 x service fee of R1000. disgrace.
