Item not delivered but he insist he delivered regardless

I bought two tshirts and a Jean which costs R650, only the two t-shirts were delivered, when I ask, the owner says he packed it himself, I even took a photo of the Courier Guy 's weight, but he insisted that they were delivered, whilst I suggested that he should put same items and weigh them or do stocktaking, just so he sees that he hasn't delivered my jean

Now he is Blue Ticking me

It is painful that we support arrogant people, who cheats customers,

Stay away from this fellow, you will loose money like I lost my R650

I laugh myself for ignoring some reviews about the experience with this man,

The material of the tshirts are even below quality, their photos on adverts are deceiving
