Quality from Temu is better than Blades and Outdoor, Online I bought a Jeans men's stretchable slim fit 6 pocket light blue for R650.00. Very low quality jean, its the same quality as JHB CBD Street Quality. I will not order anything again.

I bought two tshirts and a Jean which costs R650, only the two t-shirts were delivered, when I ask, the owner says he packed it himself, I even took a photo of the Courier Guy 's weight, but he insisted that they were delivered, whilst I suggested that he should put same items and weigh them or do stocktaking, just so he sees that he hasn't delivered my jean Now he is Blue Ticking me It is painful that we support arrogant people, who cheats customers, Stay away from this fellow, you will loose money like I lost my R650 I laugh myself for ignoring some reviews about the experience with this man, The material of the tshirts are even below quality, their photos on adverts are deceiving

I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Blades & Outdoor. I purchased a walking stick that arrived faulty, and when I reached out for a replacement, they insisted I courier it back at my own expense. Now, I’ve been told I need to collect the replacement myself because their policy is not to handle the full process of collecting and resending faulty products. This is an unacceptable customer service policy—if a product is defective, the onus should be on the company to resolve the issue entirely. Instead, I’ve been inconvenienced and forced to deal with their poor practices. I won’t be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend them to others.

I purchased 2 headlamps online and it never performed as expected. It looked exactly like the product of another company, but without any technical specs to compare. Within 3 months the operating time was down to almost half...I eventually found my invoice - the website has no customer care / contact details - and voiced my being unhappy with a 60- 90 minute operating time. I promptly received an email back from a hannesdevry@yahoo.co.uk confirming the operating time was correct, even though I noted in my email the initial operating time was 2 hours. I then asked for the technical specs of the item(as every other lamp states when advertised by others). I specified exactly what specs. Needless to say I did not receive any feedback. The one lamp I gave as a gift to a technician family member and his feedback is same. With the specs at hand I can compare it to the other and same lamp on the market and make an informed decision: the lamps I bought are faulty or expected as specs are lower. ..

So heres my problem ...... Firstly the quality is not good , i bought 2 pairs of pants from the Cape Town Paarden eiland branch, not the same as the ones in the picture and as mentioned , the quality ..... secondly , i bought a belt , only to find its faulty too , i left a message on one of their facebook ads informing of this unfortunate situation ... instead of addressing the issue , they blocked me from commenting . NOT cool . As a result i have decided to warn others by flooding social media , hello peter etc . I cant stand companies who do this and thing they can get away with it .
