I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Blades & Outdoor. I purchased a walking stick that arrived faulty, and when I reached out for a replacement, they insisted I courier it back at my own expense. Now, I’ve been told I need to collect the replacement myself because their policy is not to handle the full process of collecting and resending faulty products.
This is an unacceptable customer service policy—if a product is defective, the onus should be on the company to resolve the issue entirely. Instead, I’ve been inconvenienced and forced to deal with their poor practices. I won’t be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend them to others.
