I’m extremely disappointed with the service from Blades & Outdoor. I purchased a walking stick that arrived faulty, and when I reached out for a replacement, they insisted I courier it back at my own expense. Now, I’ve been told I need to collect the replacement myself because their policy is not to handle the full process of collecting and resending faulty products. This is an unacceptable customer service policy—if a product is defective, the onus should be on the company to resolve the issue entirely. Instead, I’ve been inconvenienced and forced to deal with their poor practices. I won’t be shopping here again and wouldn’t recommend them to others.
When MTN took over the customer accounts from Nashua Mobile, they decide to re-write the agreement with the customer - to suit them!!

I have been wit h Nashua Mobile for nearly 14 years and my payment date is on the last day of the month. Funny, also the day I get paid! I have, during my contract with Nashua, had all the kids phones and my own company contracts with them on account. Paying every last day of the month.

Now, since end of last year, the 1 phone still on MTN are cutt of on the 23rd - and yes, I phoned and spoken to them since December. Apparently, they have the right to change the terms of the contract. O, and it is because I prefer to pay with transfer every month = please note that I have to phone every month and tell them that I will pay on the last day! Bad Service - the reason I left them in 2000 anyways.

This is blatant Breach of Contract - but because we are only consumers, they will do as they wish! Because no one can win against them = Misuse of Power. They will never have me as a customer, ever again - even if they are the last service provider on earth!
