You can get comparable quality from Temu, along with the convenience of returning items at the cost of their courier service.

Afrihost Fibre Down and Poor Customer Service
When the customer service representative is trying to convince you that you are the only one with an issue but the whole complex is down with +- 70 units then you know they not to be trusted. Will cancel my service with Afrihost.

FNB a disaster with Forex payment applications
Avoid if you need do Forex payment applications. Second time they indicate the Forex application was not accepted although it was and then a few days they want to approve it at a higher rate. It is clear something is happening that is dodgy ... hope one day they get caught for whatever is happening in the background and pay penalties. Karma ......

Avbob Nigel - Pathetic Service !
You have been warned not to use Avbob Nigel! Rather contact Heidelberg or Springs for assistance. It seems that an individual may allegedly not be fully certified as per legal requirements, really naughty of you !!! Will have to spend some time investigating these rumor's and if true report it to newspapers, governing bodies, Avbob HQ etc. Like I said you are advised to stay well clear of Avbob Nigel as you will be shocked at the lack of professional and competent service being offered. Got some interesting feedback from other Avbob branches regarding the Nigel branch. It is clear many people has had issues (internal & external) and to be honest one name keeps coming up as the problem, which I will address in a methodical process over weeks and if needed months :-) Avbob HQ needs to make some "ghost" calls with staff and customers plus follow-up with satisfaction surveys to identify the rotten apple, easy to spot just as easy it was to spot the old flowers being used at the funeral. Just because an person has passed there is no need to use flowers that also passed on > Update to be posted on social medias - Twitter, Facebook etc

No aftersales service or support of value
Be careful of their support. They will return a faulty product and inform you it is working. They will ignore you and not resolve any issues hoping you disappear. You have been warned !
