Terrible First Time Experience!

As I am giving birth at Vergelegen Medi Clinic later this year, I wanted to do my research in case I needed to have an emergency C section and was told to contact Blaine and Associates to receive an estimated cost for the anesthetist. I was in contact with a a lady in their accounts department called Anna-Marie Van Zyl and was very disappointed in the service provided. She was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and condescending. As a potential client that is heavily pregnant, one would think she would be more helpful and compassionate. I pray that I am able to give natural birth without complications in order to avoid having to deal with her again! It is so sad that this is the only company that may be used for anesthesia as Vergelegen Medi Clinic. I hope this complaint gets escalated to her manager so that they can work on training her on customer service.
