Ridiculous Blaire service

Absolutely ridiculous service from this South African online supplier. I ordered an item from them +- 2 weeks ago, on their web page there are a tracking system in place which I've tried to track my parcel and the message I get is (There are no order statuses for tracking number: 2820) which I contacted them 3 times with no response what so ever.
