Very unprofessional experience. I received an unsolicited call from a representative named Notando or Lutando, and her attitude was incredibly rude from the start. She asked for my date of birth for verification, and when I questioned why I should provide personal information to someone who called me, she became irritated. In today’s environment, people are understandably cautious about sharing personal details over the phone with unknown callers. Even if it’s not a full ID number, you can’t be too careful. This kind of service makes me question whether staff there receive any telephone etiquette or customer service training at all. If this is the level of service being delivered by companies working with HUGE organisations, then that partnership seriously needs to be reconsidered. I will not deal with this representative again.

I have made an ozow payment on the 27 for my Wonga loan used the sms link that you sent. but the payment is not reflecting on. Wonga portal ... Can you kindly allocate my payment or refund it Il pay it straight to your client.

I am experiencing ongoing collection contact from Blake Collections regarding a medical account with ER Consulting that has already been paid. Timeline: Payment made: 3 Dec 2025 Proof of payment sent to ER Consulting: 3 & 4 Dec 2025 Proof provided in person at Anncron: 22 Dec 2025 Collection contact from Blake Collections began: Feb 2026 Formal dispute sent with proof attached Matter referred to the Council of Debt (Blake & ER Consulting copied) Despite this, I have received multiple calls from Blake Collections, including silent/abandoned calls. This is causing ongoing distress and time disruption despite the account being settled and formally disputed. I request: Written confirmation the account is settled Immediate cessation of all collection contact Correction of records with ER Consulting and Blake Collections All proof of payment and correspondence is available.

I would like to complain about RecovaX Collection Wonga account , i settled my debt with them in December, however I was not given the Paid up letter and I have sent several follow ups since December and no immediate action from their side. I get charged an interest everyday if i'm not given the Paid up letter.

I received a call this morning from this particular business about my woolworths account that I paid last week. When I proceeded to tell her that I paid and asked why she was calling about that account she dropped the phone in my ears. I called and the lady I spoke to said there was no record of the call. What pyramid scheme is this Blake and Associates running? The behavior of your employees is disgusting to say the least. You guys are extremely unprofessional

I was double debited in December and all the consultants have acknowledged and stated that I will be refunded, at some point I spoke to the manager and still my R868 is still not paid back to me. They keep telling me the same thing which is “we are awaiting feedback” what is so hard about refunding a client?I am so sickened by this experience I have wasted my airtime calling them almost everyday. The worst experience ever. Very unprofessional they can even put you on hold for 10 minutes just to avoid assisting.
