Payment allocation or refund
I have made an ozow payment on the 27 for my Wonga loan used the sms link that you sent. but the payment is not reflecting on. Wonga portal ... Can you kindly allocate my payment or refund it Il pay it straight to your client.

****en rude collections agent
Iam so so disappointed about your RUDE collections AGENT Who didnot even want to reconfirm her name showing that she was rude.. I was actually told I cannot arrange the account as per my affordability but I need to pay as her terms when I told her not to arrange the account she told me forcefully that she will make an arrangement for two months and asked me don't I know what I have singed for in my contract 😕😕 what kind of agents do you have???? Wheres telephone etiquette where's respect? I recently switched banks to nedbank and tell you what I think I have reconsider..... Your Agents are very very rude like they own Nedbank.

PRESCRIBED ACCOUNT
Dmc you cant just claim i owe an acc .(TRUWORTHS ACCOUNT)I don't even remember this account . ... I have never opened any account in the last 10 years ....... if that account belongs to me note that it is prescribed asper national credit act ... PRESCRIPTION ACT STATE ANY ACCOUNT OVER 3YEARS WITH NO COMMUNICATION IS PRESCRIBED....SO PLACE THAT ACCOUNT UNDER PRESCRIBED ACCOUNT AND SEND ME A CONFIRMATION LETTER.. OR YOU WILL DEAL WITH THE OMBUDSMA

Unauthorized account opening and speedpoint charge
So last year I app**** for credit card @sandton it was declined to my suprise I have an account with African bank when I went to check the account they advised that it automatically opens when applying.. Fine I was informed that Iam on ( -R54 )which i wanted to pay . The lady went and fetched speedpoint ... hayibo I was told I need to pay R10.50 for speed pount charges CAN AFRICAN BANK FIX THEIR MESS I NEVER OPENED ANY ACCOUNT WITH THEM

ITC UPDATE ON PAID UP ACCOUNT
Fnb doesn't update their ITC I had a Temporary loan account with them 2022 it was paid up but still reflects on my Itc as an active account ,and I'm struggling to get finance...I was promised that they will update it but to date nothing

Prescribed account
This people are forcing clients to arrange on prescribed account, they don't follow the law procedures.... they will still call you for the account that doesn't exists which was last paid in 11 years their TM promise to call but never
