I was double debited in December and all the consultants have acknowledged and stated that I will be refunded, at some point I spoke to the manager and still my R868 is still not paid back to me. They keep telling me the same thing which is “we are awaiting feedback” what is so hard about refunding a client?I am so sickened by this experience I have wasted my airtime calling them almost everyday. The worst experience ever. Very unprofessional they can even put you on hold for 10 minutes just to avoid assisting.
