Rude Staff

Very unprofessional experience.

I received an unsolicited call from a representative named Notando or Lutando, and her attitude was incredibly rude from the start. She asked for my date of birth for verification, and when I questioned why I should provide personal information to someone who called me, she became irritated. In today’s environment, people are understandably cautious about sharing personal details over the phone with unknown callers. Even if it’s not a full ID number, you can’t be too careful.

This kind of service makes me question whether staff there receive any telephone etiquette or customer service training at all. If this is the level of service being delivered by companies working with HUGE organisations, then that partnership seriously needs to be reconsidered.

I will not deal with this representative again.
