Unprofessional Service and Property Damage

Extremely disappointing experience. These painters caused damage inside my house while carrying out the work. Multiple blinds and toilet seats were broken, showing a lack of care and respect for the property.

When this was brought to the owner’s attention, there was no response, no accountability taken, and no apology offered. Despite repeated attempts to address the issue, the matter was not acknowledged by the owner.

The damage was eventually repaired through one of the employees, rather than through any action or responsibility taken by the owner. To date, there has been no communication or apology from the owner regarding the damage caused.

Unprofessional conduct and poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting accountability and care in their home.
