We got married on the 4th of December and used Blast as our DJ, biggest mistake! We waited for longer than 20 minutes outside of the chapel before the music started playing as they were having issues, after already testing everything and making sure it was fine beforehand.
Then during the canapes, while we were taking photos, there was supposed to be music playing as stipulated on the agreement, but it was dead silent. We had to go and ask the DJ to play music as requested. Not one of the songs requested on our playlist, which was discussed in detail with the DJ beforehand was available to be played, as it was not on the computer which the DJ used, he claimed he received the wrong laptop and the music was not loaded and he only had very old music on the laptop. We then requested to use the Auxiliary cable which was used to play videos from family and friends who could not attend, to be able to play music from a cellphone and he refused. So firstly the company made a mistake by providing the wrong laptop and then refused to make the issue better by providing us with the auxiliary cable.
The cherry on top is that I asked the company how many people they would be sending to the wedding to provide the service as we have to pay per head, including the service providers and they informed me that two people will be attending to the service. On the day only one person showed, which resulted in us paying extra to the venue for one person who did not show.
