I sent Blasters a mail as I wanted to buy a family of 5 a voucher as a christmas gift. For food and drinks and time in the play area for the 3 kids. I received a reply asking for more details and my phone number. I replied with the information, and 2 days later, still no answer. Yesterday I sent another mail enquiring about the voucher, and today still no reply. If I have to struggle to get Blasters to take my money, then I'll just get a voucher for another place. Don't bother.

Blasters in Mosselbay is the best place to take your children to be entertained. The service is quick and so friendly. We went there at 15:30 and only left at 18:00. We ended up playing glow in the dark putt putt, kids played for hours on the slides and we enjoyed the resturants food . Everything is affordable, and there us no time line of how long the kids may play. All covid 19 processes as followed. Will definitely recomment them and go there again.

I had the worst experience by blasters cape gate due to staff lack of customer relations. When I tried booking there space, I physically went there and the events planner sent someone to tell me she is busy as I feel she could have said to write down my details or give me a contact or email address then the second time I called on a Friday for the person to tell me they are to busy now call next week. Eventually I got hold of her then she said I sent my email late she don't look at emails after a certain time during the day, finally got the booking then to have a waiter with an attitude that was downgrading, wanting to place an order she says we should get done she has other people to serve and then while we eating want to talk to me about a page that's to do with the kids tags and just as my mother wants to look at it she grabs it and passes it over the table over my guests that's eating as well. Plain and simple no etiquette and had a better mood once we paid after her insisting on bringing the bill jeez let my little food settle. Highly disappointed at the service won't be returning

I'm surprised honestly the business is still running. I am specifically referencing to the Blasters Family Entertainment Centre in Mosselbay -Their Arcade games don't look all that appealing firstly. Secondly they don't work for a couple minutes. So each time you use them, you first have to wait for the machine to respond or Leave. -Their food is horrible, for example their chicken strips. they have a good texture and they're nice to bite into but other than that it is absolutely bland and tasteless and it runs through most if not all their food. Don't even get me started ion the pizza. -Prices are too high for such low quality food -All the waiters I've met are extremely rude -Its advertised as a 'Family entertainment center' yet the only family things they have is a pool table that seems only usable by the owners... -They also have a bar which closes too early and nobody seems to go to anyway. -It is more suited for children. -Their facilities are so underwhelming To conclude, there needs to be a MASSIVE change here, but until that day comes, I highly commend you to go somewhere else to eat or to have fun with your kids.

Thee most horrible food. I cannot fathom to understand how a restaurant can plate and serve such bad over cooked unsavoury food. How are they even shocked that one would even send the plate back to the kitchen. Over priced , I could have gotten a better meal at kfc or mcds

We had the worst experience ever at Blasters Cape Gate today.. They will surely never see me or anyone I know again! My wife orders 3 Bacon and Avo Burgers... Reply from the waiter is " we don't have bacon." My question is.... Its on the menu?,We order milkshakes... "Sorry we don't have ice cream". I order a mudslide ****tail... Again... No ice cream... We order a bottle of Rose.... "Sorry we don't have stock" Question in MY mind is... "Why are we you even open?" When I cancel.my order, the waiter gets upset because he already placed the order at the kitchen and would have to pay the bill out of his pocket? What happened to the customer being right? Shouldn't my needs be satisfied seeing that I must PAY for ****py service?

I bought lunch for two (for our 42 yr.anniversary) at Blasters Restaurant. I chose the CHEF'S SELECTION, which was supposed to be a 21 Day Matured Sirloin. My wife's sirloin, looked like sirloin, but unfortunately, not mine. When I confronted the lady on duty (who gave me the impression, that she was in charge) and asked if this was sirloin in my plate. Her response was that she did not know. Not having to upset my wife any further, I took the meat with me to our local Spur. The gentleman in charge of the Spur, having more knowledge than myself, confirmed my suspicion, that it was rump and not sirloin.
Needless to say, the surprise, that we were to receive by the manager,( mentioned by the young man that was serving us) for our anniversary, was not forthcoming. The only surprise, that I received, was not receiving what I had ordered.
