Good day all , I hope this message/comment is shared far and near , wide and low.This company , has an amount of ********** negative reviews my friends and colleagues had used their services on numerous occasions and its said that , they dont care about their employees it was brought to my attention that the COO known as Seema also has a way of exploiting employees , and when they no longer employed at the company she then bad mouths the employees when shes called for references , or employment confirmation. I also found out this company has no VP/HR - no medical benefits, insurance for road side assistance , just to mention a few. Also , the company has to be checked by the labour inspectors this is a fly by night company with a COO who thinks Rome was built in one day , when you call in to log a complaint or a specific query relating to a driver or their services , there is no help or reassurance , I hope no one makes use of their services.It is evident that , they are selfish and inconsiderate.

Richard and Respect.. Oh wow it was very good to work with you guys.. everything was explained to us when we needed extra plugs they made sure that we understand why we need them everything was explained clearly.. we appreciate it guys.. I hope to work with you next time..

I had the guys come through to fix a DSTV problem and also sort out connecting my hi-fi to the TV etc. The guys were professional and a very good knowledge of what they were doing.

Very pleased with my TV installation on 12/11/2025, thanks to Damien & Craitlin, very professional, respectful, organized and all work completed, TV tested, within 45 minutes. Definitely recommend BlingStallation for your next TV installation. Keep up the professionalism.

I bought a TV at Major on Saturday and requested for the it to be wall mounted, I paid for the installs service, and was told the installers would come immediately after the delivery. I received a call from Blingstallation shortly after and I requested hem to call em on Monday since I was driving. On Monday (10 November), I noticed their missed call and called back, they arranged to have my TV mounted the next day on 11 November at 15:30, they also sent a confirmation. On 11 November I stayed home the whole day waiting for them, by 15:17, I received a call from them informing me that the installers were running behind and that they should arrive by 16:10-16:30. By 16:33, the installers still hadn’t arrived, I decided to call Blingstallation to find out where the installers were, and I was told that they were running behind, they told me that they will confirm when they would arrive. As I’m typing, at 16:50, they have not sent any confirmation and the installers are not here. This is a terrible service, people should get their own private installers for less, with less hassles.

I want to share my disappointing experience after purchasing an air conditioner from Makro, specifically regarding the installation process. I bought an installation voucher from Makro for R1200.00, understanding that there would be additional costs for some extra materials like pipes. However, the sales staff did not make it clear that I would also need to pay for an electrician separately, which was only revealed when BlingStallation, the installation company, contacted me. I had to pay (R1200.00) upfront for an electrician’s hour of labour before they would even schedule the installation. On the day of installation, BlingStallation was of no assistance when I contacted them. Their attitude was essentially "pay now or we withdraw the installation team," warning that I would end up having to pay a call-out fee regardless. This pressure and lack of support added significantly to my frustration. When the installation team arrived, they presented a list of additional costs. Most of these were expected, but I was surprised to learn that a necessary bracket was not included in the voucher price, and the labour time increased from the original two hours on the voucher to three hours. The total cost for installation came to R6075.00, which was far beyond what I had budgeted. This whole ordeal could have been avoided if Makro's salespeople had been upfront and transparent about all associated costs. Had I known the full picture, I could have made a more informed decision about my purchase and budget. I am very unhappy with how this was handled. I hope Makro improves its communication, so future customers don’t have to go through the same frustrating experience. Makro should also consider offering more than one installation service option. It feels as if BlingStallation assumes that once a client has purchased an installation voucher, they "own" you. This lack of alternative choices puts customers at a disadvantage and removes any real leverage, making the installation process unnecessarily stressful.
