Leaking Aircon

We stayed at the hotel on 27th February 2021. While the hotel and facilities were great. We were very disappointed in the fact that we had no sleep that night due to the aircon leaking and dripping on the carpet all night which also soaked the carpet.When we switched the aircon off and opened the door for air... I would suggest avoiding room 105 as the other aircon units are outside the door and make noise all night too. Such a pity such a pretty establishment don't keep up their maintenance.
