Feeling at home!
I was served by Catherine in the tasting room. She was so friendly and made me feel right at home. Her wine knowledge was exceptional. Keep up the excellent hospitality Koelenhof !

Vodacom needs to look after loyal customers!!!
Please stop harassing and threatening me with sms's. I have been a Vodacom customer for years and never missed a payment. I spoke to your accounts department my account is not in arrears. Please employ capable staff who know how to reconcile payments and manage accounts!!

Very Disappointing !!
After thinking Wow Rain is very efficient as I received my router really quickly via Courier. Only to be totally disappointed in how this company does business. There was hardly any signal and I live in Durbanville CBD. After complaining and cancelling directly with their CS team they sent the courier to fetch the router. Now when I have requested my refund I hear nothing. Rain I want my money back. Stop taking customers money for a service you clearly can't provide!!

STYLE BAR VILLAGE SQ A BIG NO NO!
I had my hair done yesterday and would absolutely not recommend this salon. I had a face to face chat with the stylist Bianca a few days before my appointment to show her and explain exactly how I wanted my hair done and she quoted me between R1600.00-R1700.00. My hair does not look like what I asked for and I made the stylist aware of this but to put insult to injury when it came to paying she forced me to pay R2400.00 even though they knew I wasn't happy. It's obvious by other reviews here that the owner Vittorio has no regard for customers or what happens in the salon.

Excellent Service
Our company purchased a few Wibox UPS's from Comet Projects and they work fantastically. They keep our wifi routers up and running during loadshedding so we are able to carry on working online. Hayley has always given us excellent service. Thanks team Comet Projects for the great work, keep it up!!!

Leaking Aircon
We stayed at the hotel on 27th February 2021. While the hotel and facilities were great. We were very disappointed in the fact that we had no sleep that night due to the aircon leaking and dripping on the carpet all night which also soaked the carpet.When we switched the aircon off and opened the door for air... I would suggest avoiding room 105 as the other aircon units are outside the door and make noise all night too. Such a pity such a pretty establishment don't keep up their maintenance.
