if i could give a negative rating i would.
i purchased a spa treatment for my Wife as an anniversary gift at the end of September, to the value of R660. my wife then proceeded to make a booking on the 14th October for the 24th October, however this was the first cancellation by this business owner, due to the business owner being ill, and she could not give an immediate follow up appointment. the appointment was then moved by the business owner, to the 15th November,, making my wife wait even longer for the service i had already paid for.
upon arrival at the appointment on the 15th Nov, she had simply neglected to write my wife's appointment down. my wife was cordial and compassionate about the whole thing and was then decided on an appointment for the 29th November, Again two weeks later. Today (19 November) the business owner has ONCE AGAIN cancelled due to her own personal reasons. by this frustration my wife wanted a refund, and the business owner simply refused. I then contacted her, to voice my utter disappointment with the service my wife has been given and also requested for my refund. She insisted that she does not give refunds, then i reminded her that she (the business owner) was the one who kept on cancelling and not my wife. After a heated argument over the phone, she then agreed to a 50% refund, which is very unfair for the client and at this point i just want the matter settled.
so much for trying to support local business. i will Never again waste my money on this business. worst experience ever.
