I had an appointment for a brow wax and tint at 5 pm. on 26/12/25, I arrived at quarter to 5 pm., doors was locked, I thought maybe beautician is still on her way, I waited until quarter past 5 pm. no one showed up. On Christmas Day I received an email and sms confirming the date and time of my appointment and if I cancel I have to do so before 48 hours of my appointment. Seems to me Blissful Beauty do have enough customers, that is why they do not let you know if they cancel from their side without letting their customer know, I am not important enough. This morning I phoned, but the phone rang and rang and then went to voicemail. I would not recommend Blissful Beauty to any of my friends and family. Melanie

Blissful beauty in Langeberg Ridge Durbanville is an amazing Salon and staff are extremely helpful and friendly.Been to many salons before, but this one i will strongly recommend. Excellent service. Keep up the good work ladies

Ive been to this establishment on eight occassions and i must confess, ive been to so many establishments over the year not once have i experience consistency of excellent serve. Blissful beauty is indeed a company that exceed excellent service. When ever i visit this salon i feel as if i walk into paradise. They make you feel so welcome and comfortable, the friendliness of staff is indeed so many companies lack. I always say when going there is more like a nap time, because that's what i end up doing, having a nap..that is how homely, relaxed and welcome they make you feel. #WIN

if i could give a negative rating i would. i purchased a spa treatment for my Wife as an anniversary gift at the end of September, to the value of R660. my wife then proceeded to make a booking on the 14th October for the 24th October, however this was the first cancellation by this business owner, due to the business owner being ill, and she could not give an immediate follow up appointment. the appointment was then moved by the business owner, to the 15th November,, making my wife wait even longer for the service i had already paid for. upon arrival at the appointment on the 15th Nov, she had simply neglected to write my wife's appointment down. my wife was cordial and compassionate about the whole thing and was then decided on an appointment for the 29th November, Again two weeks later. Today (19 November) the business owner has ONCE AGAIN cancelled due to her own personal reasons. by this frustration my wife wanted a refund, and the business owner simply refused. I then contacted her, to voice my utter disappointment with the service my wife has been given and also requested for my refund. She insisted that she does not give refunds, then i reminded her that she (the business owner) was the one who kept on cancelling and not my wife. After a heated argument over the phone, she then agreed to a 50% refund, which is very unfair for the client and at this point i just want the matter settled. so much for trying to support local business. i will Never again waste my money on this business. worst experience ever.

The spa is a one woman show and not run very efficiently. The owner asked to change our appointment date saying she had hurt her back, giving us an alternate date and I agreed. This seemed dodge to me but I gave the benefit of the doubt. Come the rescheduled appointment date and the owner ‘double booked’ herself and wasn’t at the location for our appointment. She didn’t call to reschedule and I had already paid for the treatments. I was foolish for doing that and feel stupid for doing so in hindsight. When I called her to let her know my mother and I were outside she didn’t answer and when she called back she made one excuse after another, changing her story multiple times. She didn’t honour the appointment after rescheduling and refuses to refund me. She claims the vouchers I have already paid for are non-refundable. We are not from Kimberley and will be leaving town next week still she refuses to give me my money back even though we are in this situation because she didn’t honour the appointment for which shes already been paid. Learn your lesson from my story, scammers are out there to steal your money! People are not trustworthy. Unfortunately people are only as honest as their actions prove them to be. Blissful Beauty day spa in Kimberley, 7 Yvonne Street is not a business I would recommend to anyone.
