My mom passed away on 27 June 2027, she had the most horrible experiences and treatments especially on the 5th floor night shift staff, so much so she begged us to take her home and threatened to take pills so that she can just go to a better place than this hospital. I only have the guts to speak about it now as I was to heart broken because of her passing away.
I had an appointment for a brow wax and tint at 5 pm. on 26/12/25, I arrived at quarter to 5 pm., doors was locked, I thought maybe beautician is still on her way, I waited until quarter past 5 pm. no one showed up. On Christmas Day I received an email and sms confirming the date and time of my appointment and if I cancel I have to do so before 48 hours of my appointment. Seems to me Blissful Beauty do have enough customers, that is why they do not let you know if they cancel from their side without letting their customer know, I am not important enough. This morning I phoned, but the phone rang and rang and then went to voicemail. I would not recommend Blissful Beauty to any of my friends and family. Melanie
I will never set a foot in Game in Vredenburg Mall, firstly when you phone them and when someone eventually answer, the Switchboard Operator is rude and bombastic. Her name is Rini, where ever have you heard of a professional business workers call you lovey or sweety, that is so unprofessional. I wanted to apply for a contract phone at Game, they said they are keeping the phone for a customer but of he do not pitch the next day, i can come in to apply for the contract. The next day i phoned Game and the Cellphone department guy by the name of Claudio told me the customer did not fetch the phone so i can come in to apply for the contract. I drove all the way from Moorreesburg to Vredenburg, when i got there, Claudio told me Vodacom is offline, he could have phoned me while i am on my way to tell me they are offline, so i had to hang around in the mall, i had to phone them or go into the store to hear if they are online yet, Claudio never once phoned me. I have a business in Moorreesburg to run, so at lunchtime i decided to go to Langebaan to attend to other important stuff, not once did someone phone me to keep me up to date, when i wanted to speak to a manager Rini told me the manager is standing in front of her, before the "manager" took the call Rini discussed me with the person while i overheard everuthing, so when i asked to speak to him and the person answered i asked him if he was the manager, he said no it is Claudio speaking, so they did not want me to lay a formal complaint with the manager. This went on for 3 days no communication from Game's side, so i phoned Game Head Office, then they were online and told me my i have little credit as i do not believe in opening accounts and that i can get the contract but i have to pay in R16 200, why would i want to apply for a contract phone but i have to pay in that amount of money? Up to today no one has phoned me to offer me anothet contract or device. So i suppose in this economic difficult times Game's businnes in Vredenburg Mall is excelling, they do not need business that is why they can treat their potential customers as ****. Thank you Game Vredenburg Mall for your service, no i cannot complain about service because there was no service given.
Cell C Cape Gate is the worst place to go to, bad service, staff walking around and chatting with colleagues without assisting customers, on another occasion is one salesperson on the floor the others is walking around in the mall. I had a contract with Cell C now for my Credit Score I need a paid up letter because Cell C still shows active on my report, I phoned and spoke to Gardy on 12 June 2023 she told me she'll get a letter for me, a month later on 12 July 2023 she said there's a lot of people waiting on a letter it will still take long, today 18 October I phoned her again and said I wanted to speak to the manager, manager is rude and a disgusting person, she told me to phone the call centre for the paid up letter, when I did so I have to put on my cell nr, but I'm not a cell c customer anymore so I can't get through to the call centre, I phoned cell c again and got told that I must phone and use a family members nr to be able to speak to the call centre, my contract expired in 2021. I won't ever again deal with Cell C, bad bad service
I keep on receiving sms's from this place, never heard of them,keep on saying I owe them money and with every sms the amount is bigger, don't know this place, haven't even heard of it before.
Today I went to Superspar Cape Gate, they advertise a 1kg Snacktime assorted crackers for R89.99, but on the box it's indicated as 800 g, when I told one of the shop assistant's that it is false advertising, she called the supervisor, who probably thought I'm stupid and weighed the box at the bakery, for what reason as it is indicated as 800 g on the box, and she's rude telling me it is a 1 kg, they added the other 200 g next to the line, but the red line.is where you tear off the cellophane to open the box.
In November 2020 I was taken to hospital, I went into a coma, I only have day to day medical insurance plan, the hospital sent me to Bergmann, Ross and Partners for a scan. I was in ICU for 5 days and when I was discharged from hospital, I was bombarded with telephone calls stating that i owe them money, that was beginning of November 2020. When I was back at work I made arrangements to start paying them from the end of November 2020. Then the Credit Controller, Estelle Hendricks, started phoning and harassing me on the phone, demanding more and more money, and I told her my story that I went into a coma, because of stress and she's definitely not helping me with her bad attitude. I wrote a letter to her senior and haven't since heard from them, she's a heartless, ugly person.
This is the store with the friendliest and most helpful staff, either if you're in store or over the phone they are always very helpful and if they don't have stock the staff will go out of their way to find it for you.
Absolute no feedback on a new phone with out of box failure and when I went into the store to have a word with the store manager, she is incompetent, appearance is dirty and have a very bad attitude towards customers, I won't ever buy at this store again...
Does anyone know this place, they keep on sending me sms's informing me I owe them money, I don't know them, now I get a message stating they're gonna repossess my assets, is this scammers?
