*****ing my money and refusal to address or explain it.

The short version: I am being suspended with no reason given as a paying, long term customer. They refuse to give me a reason or even a chance to respond. There is no means to ask for a refund. Therefore they as essentially committing ***** per their own EULA.

The long version: I was playing a game called Overwatch and the one game was just some people sabotaging the game to try **** their way to some achievement. I did not play along with their charade, I just played the game as is intended. They mass reported me even though they were the ones sabotaging the game. I have since been suspended and provided no reason despite 3 tickets opened. They just cite the EULA which I am not in contravention of and close the ticket immediately. I am a long term paying customer and they just ended my service *******ly, essentially.
