My recent engagement with Block Management Solutions (Pty) Ltd raised several concerns around consistency, professionalism, and internal coordination. From the outset, interactions were marked by unclear processes, delayed responses, and a lack of transparency around critical decisions.

Efforts to seek clarity or fair dialogue were often met with silence or vague direction, making it difficult to establish trust. There appeared to be rigid adherence to pre-decided outcomes, rather than a willingness to objectively assess new information or engage with nuance.

This kind of inflexible approach creates unnecessary pressure and reflects poorly on the organisation’s ability to handle complex issues with integrity and fairness. A more open, responsive, and transparent culture would benefit all stakeholders engaging with this company.
