In all my professional career dealing with 100s of legal firms, this has to be the worst one I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. In an unapposed matter which should've taken 3 months it took them almost a year as result of internal negligence driven by greed, ego, and zero accountability. The matter they were 'handeling' was so horrifically mismanaged that, had we not stepped in to assist ourselves as clients, it would've never concluded at all. This comes after our case was thrown out because of zero care by the attorney's to check their documents, even after we advised them of 85 errors therein and assumed they would give more personal attention and focus as result. The case was delayed again at court thereafter because paperwork was missing. Eventually the one attorney at their firm had to be removed from the case as she was causing nothing but delays and distress. All the while they also continue billing for eg fixing the errors we pointed out, their travelling costs to court even when the case was thrown out, etc. They have no care in the world, and they do not provide a personal service. There are a lot of better options in their vicinity all the way through to Cape Town, do not approach this firm who clearly need to be reported to the law society for severe negligence and unfair billing practices.

My experience engaging with Blocks Online raised serious concerns about the company’s overall communication approach and internal transparency. Attempts to resolve relatively straightforward matters were met with delays, conflicting information, and a lack of clarity about who was accountable for follow-through. Despite repeated efforts to clarify specific issues, responses often felt dismissive or overly guarded, which left me questioning the sincerity behind the process. In environments where trust and openness should be paramount, such rigid and opaque behaviour can create lasting reputational damage. Those considering working closely with this company—whether in service delivery, partnerships, or extended engagement—should be cautious and ensure clear documentation and defined communication expectations from the start.
My recent engagement with Block Management Solutions (Pty) Ltd raised several concerns around consistency, professionalism, and internal coordination. From the outset, interactions were marked by unclear processes, delayed responses, and a lack of transparency around critical decisions. Efforts to seek clarity or fair dialogue were often met with silence or vague direction, making it difficult to establish trust. There appeared to be rigid adherence to pre-decided outcomes, rather than a willingness to objectively assess new information or engage with nuance. This kind of inflexible approach creates unnecessary pressure and reflects poorly on the organisation’s ability to handle complex issues with integrity and fairness. A more open, responsive, and transparent culture would benefit all stakeholders engaging with this company. I encourage others to proceed thoughtfully and ensure that expectations around communication and accountability are clearly defined from the outset.
As a stakeholder engaging with Urang Group in a professional capacity, I encountered a series of unsettling experiences that raise questions about the organisation's internal culture, communication standards, and overall transparency. Interactions revealed a pattern of selective communication, unexplained delays, and a notable lack of regard for individual circumstances. There appeared to be a predisposition to jump to conclusions without all the facts being assessed, often leading to harsh decisions based on assumptions rather than verified evidence. While companies are entitled to protect their interests, the tone and rigidity with which situations were handled lacked compassion, consistency, and, most of all, professionalism. In sectors where integrity and fairness are paramount, this raises legitimate concerns about how such matters might impact broader service delivery. Approach with caution and ask the right questions — especially around how disputes or concerns are escalated and resolved. Professionalism should be consistent not only in what is offered outwardly but in how matters are handled behind the scenes.
I am deeply disappointed by the manner in which Urang conducts itself regarding its treatment of employees and professional standards. There appears to be a consistent pattern of prejudice and selective **************, particularly when employees are navigating personal legal or sensitive matters. Rather than exercising fairness, empathy, or due process, the company seems quick to judge — often relying on speculation, assumptions, or unverified claims. What’s even more troubling is the lack of professionalism in communication and internal handling of important issues. Employees are frequently left in the dark, subjected to arbitrary decisions, and denied the respect and dignity every person deserves in the workplace. The company shows little regard for employee wellbeing, and instead places its own image above fair treatment, often at the cost of people’s livelihoods and reputations. This review is a call for introspection. I sincerely hope Urang reflects on its internal practices and the very real impact these have on individuals and their families.
