As a stakeholder engaging with Urang Group in a professional capacity, I encountered a series of unsettling experiences that raise questions about the organisation's internal culture, communication standards, and overall transparency. Interactions revealed a pattern of selective communication, unexplained delays, and a notable lack of regard for individual circumstances. There appeared to be a predisposition to jump to conclusions without all the facts being assessed, often leading to harsh decisions based on assumptions rather than verified evidence. While companies are entitled to protect their interests, the tone and rigidity with which situations were handled lacked compassion, consistency, and, most of all, professionalism. In sectors where integrity and fairness are paramount, this raises legitimate concerns about how such matters might impact broader service delivery. Approach with caution and ask the right questions — especially around how disputes or concerns are escalated and resolved. Professionalism should be consistent not only in what is offered outwardly but in how matters are handled behind the scenes.

I am deeply disappointed by the manner in which Urang conducts itself regarding its treatment of employees and professional standards. There appears to be a consistent pattern of prejudice and selective **************, particularly when employees are navigating personal legal or sensitive matters. Rather than exercising fairness, empathy, or due process, the company seems quick to judge — often relying on speculation, assumptions, or unverified claims. What’s even more troubling is the lack of professionalism in communication and internal handling of important issues. Employees are frequently left in the dark, subjected to arbitrary decisions, and denied the respect and dignity every person deserves in the workplace. The company shows little regard for employee wellbeing, and instead places its own image above fair treatment, often at the cost of people’s livelihoods and reputations. This review is a call for introspection. I sincerely hope Urang reflects on its internal practices and the very real impact these have on individuals and their families.
