Bought a couch just over a year and a half ago. The couch was worth 20k back then, now about 25k. All of the cushions have deteriorated that when you sit on them you can feel the wooden couch frame. I called and emailed them, and they basically didn't get back to me. I had waited almost a week and then called for 3 days in a row for an answer.
When I was eventually answered, they then stated a YEAR only on manufacturing defaults and said I could PAY to get the cushions fixed. For a couch that cost 20k and had the perceived quality, don't bother wasting your money. They cannot guarantee quality and are blatantly ripping people off then expect you to pay for their appalling quality couches to be fixed.
