Wheeler are a good platform as the intermediary between you and the dealers. It is easy to upload and even check what is happening. They also follow up to see if you are happy with the interactions. You still need to deal with the dealers and decide of you are happy with their assesments and you can walk away if need be. Then weelee will give you the next best deal if you want to continue to sell through them.
Bought a couch just over a year and a half ago. The couch was worth 20k back then, now about 25k. All of the cushions have deteriorated that when you sit on them you can feel the wooden couch frame. I called and emailed them, and they basically didn't get back to me. I had waited almost a week and then called for 3 days in a row for an answer. When I was eventually answered, they then stated a YEAR only on manufacturing defaults and said I could PAY to get the cushions fixed. For a couch that cost 20k and had the perceived quality, don't bother wasting your money. They cannot guarantee quality and are blatantly ripping people off then expect you to pay for their appalling quality couches to be fixed.

I recently closed my telkom account, I was then given an invoice for the following month again, which I refused to pay, then they amended it as I paid it, now they owe me money. Now I find they listed me after I paid as they felt like it. I severely under estimated the reliability of internal communication within the company as their legal department does not talk to the customer care people. I am now struggling to get vehicle finance because of this issue they have created. Be sure to have multiple written contacts and that you check EVERY credit bureau if you close a telkom account. It seems they don't like loosing customers and make your life difficult if you want to cancel your telkom account!

Telkom business does everything they can so you lose money if you have a Telkom line.

Primrose Twalo days she will not help because she claims we do not own the line.

Seems they like to ***** companies even I they.

I recently ordered a futon from them. I dealt with Sandy who took my order. The futon had to be ordered as it was an extra length. There was a slight delay with the factory, but Sandy made sure to keep me updated.

When it was time to deliver she made sure that she did it personally due to the delay with the factory. Excellent Service and pricing through out.

I had two Vodacom contracts, and the one was nearing its end and I wanted to cancel it. So I went to Vodacom world in may to cancel it, only to be told, after waiting an hour, I had to come in again in June as it was the last month of the contact.

So I did, and put in a cancellation to get it changed to prepaid. In July I got billed for the contract again and it was not cancelled. I went in again to sort it out, they ensured me that it would be done and I would be refunded as I am no longer using the number. So I got the ref number and waited.

Now I have been charged again for the same contract and not refunded at all. This is blatant theft from Vodacom as they keep assuring me or will be sorted out.

I have a friend trying to get finance for a car. He tried to do the online app only to be given problems. He then called for help but they couldn't. He has now been struggling for two days trying to get help but keeps getting transferred to the wrong people or department. Everyone promises to get back to him or gives names no one finds that is there. All this just to get car finance. He also had a previous account with them and they just don't seem to care.
I have logged on to the MTN shop online and ordered 3 phones. I have given my full details and delivery address. They then debited my account with R1047 on the 30/03/2015. The order has not been delivered since and when I check up with the MTN \help desk"on orders they have no reference in the system of my details"
I have some ups and downs with the ISP but they are usually good at sorting out issues.

This time they have dropped the ball. I moved house, used about 7% of my cap on the account and needed to move my telkom line.

I was told it would take a day to move the line from Afrihost back to telkom. This took over a week to do with them telling me it would take 2 days then 5 days. So for the majority of the month I did not have adsl and still don't, yet they still wanted to charge me for non use. I asked them about this and they ignored me completely.

It seems they have grown to big to care about the client in the least. I am now canceling my account as they just don't give a damn about myself. And I was with them almost 5 years!!!!
