Where does one start? Over the years have had so many issues - account queries to and fro as a result of them changing bank accounts and only half the accounts staff knowing how to actually do their word, to being phoned from 6 different call operators within 3 minutes for the same alarm or open signal, technicians not ever being able to help you without you making it a call out - that after being put through to them to ask them if they can actually assist in the query, to... the cherry on the cake... the phone being put down in your ear and when you call back to complain and get put through to the Technical Manager the phone rings into eternity , transferred to a cellphone that just ends with 'This call can't be answered at present and the mailbox is full'!!
Do they actually still want to do business? Surely you deliver this type of service because you actually want to keep your community safe??? But looks like these days everyone is just there to pocket the salary .. transfer and drop calls the in thing.....
