Useless... all about profit without service
Where does one start? Over the years have had so many issues - account queries to and fro as a result of them changing bank accounts and only half the accounts staff knowing how to actually do their word, to being phoned from 6 different call operators within 3 minutes for the same alarm or open signal, technicians not ever being able to help you without you making it a call out - that after being put through to them to ask them if they can actually assist in the query, to... the cherry on the cake... the phone being put down in your ear and when you call back to complain and get put through to the Technical Manager the phone rings into eternity , transferred to a cellphone that just ends with 'This call can't be answered at present and the mailbox is full'!! Do they actually still want to do business? Surely you deliver this type of service because you actually want to keep your community safe??? But looks like these days everyone is just there to pocket the salary .. transfer and drop calls the in thing.....

Lewer geen diens
Ons is nou seker n jaar by bloemsec. het nog altyd baie goeie en vinnige diens by julle ontvang maar ek moet net noem, dis nou al die 2de keer wat julle diens totaal en al onaanvaarbaar is. ons alarm het 19:44 af gegaan, 5 min later bel bloemsec my maar ekt net vinnig die tv sagter gesit toe druk hulle die foon dood. so het niemand ons weer gekontak of enigsins opgedaag by ons plek, om te kom kyk of alles okay is nie. wat as hier nou iemand in gebreek het by ons plek? waarvoor betaal ons elke maand n fooi? hierdie diens van julle is regtig onaanvaarbaar. Ek hoop julle kan my kontak met n oplossing en verskoning!

ALL ABOUT COLLECTING! Dont care about the clients!
Such bad service from them! There is a long list of issues that we have had from them. <br> To name a few:from only arriving at our property 4HOURS after the alarm went off.The guy that came out said its not his fault, that they only have 7 cars and almost 14000 people on the system.(this was not the only time) There is a law that states how many response vehicles /x clients.I accidently tripped the alarm.no one phone me or come out.I phoned later & they claim they never received a the alarm.I requested a technician but he didnt find anything wrong. Response time for a panic was 20min.I askd why so long he said they are may not drive more than 80km/h they are liable for fines and tyres that are worn etc. After the 3rd time of NO response we changed security company. other guy told me he resigned after he got a panic from a old lady that the burglar was in her house trying to get into her room,he speeded to the scene to help her. more than half of his pay was deducted because of this. Shows all this company is about is collecting and not the clients safety. I still had to pay extra month although im on a month to month contract. I have complained to bloemsec about the service etc!
