I am so livid at the moment. DSTV was cut off for no reason! I have phoned 4 times now!!! every time we are caller number 150,19,168,175. The first time i called. the women put me on hold for 12min! second time the women put down the phone. third and fourth time the line just cut out after 10+ min! We have a debt order but still they cut it off. I see they have done it to everyone just before the Springboks rugby game! You guys have no service at all, how on earth are you guys still operating???? And we must pay but you don't don't offer any service at all!! I am so sick of you guys!!
Got a new Business Contract With Cell C. 3 Days of having the contract the phone (of which I only used it half a day as I was waiting for the sim to be activated) started giving me problems. They would not exchange it (as per contract stipulating 7 day return) they first have to send it in for repairs (takes 3 weeks). They called reps was there every second day for a month. sent it in for repairs which took 2 months. Got it back just to book it in again on the 10 August. I have called the repair center but they do not answer the phone. It is the 7th Dec and I still don't have my phone back. I am paying every month for a phone that I have not used for 2 weeks!! I am so sick of this bad service and am going to take matters further, and close our business contracts if I don't get a new phone for which I am paying for every month!! Our money is very important to you but not your service!! Do you think you can actually get hold of someone that can assist you? At the store they just pull up their shoulders and say its out of their hands! Pathetic!!
Such bad service from them! There is a long list of issues that we have had from them. <br> To name a few:from only arriving at our property 4HOURS after the alarm went off.The guy that came out said its not his fault, that they only have 7 cars and almost 14000 people on the system.(this was not the only time) There is a law that states how many response vehicles /x clients.I accidently tripped the alarm.no one phone me or come out.I phoned later & they claim they never received a the alarm.I requested a technician but he didnt find anything wrong. Response time for a panic was 20min.I askd why so long he said they are may not drive more than 80km/h they are liable for fines and tyres that are worn etc. After the 3rd time of NO response we changed security company. other guy told me he resigned after he got a panic from a old lady that the burglar was in her house trying to get into her room,he speeded to the scene to help her. more than half of his pay was deducted because of this. Shows all this company is about is collecting and not the clients safety. I still had to pay extra month although im on a month to month contract. I have complained to bloemsec about the service etc!
