I am really considering to close my Edgars account. I complained about the telemarketing numerous times now but I still receive phone calls from Edgars, this time claiming to give me a panic button on my phone. If I get just one more telemarketing phone call from Edgars again, you can close my account right away coz this is the last time I'm complaining about this.<br> The response you gave me last time:<br> \Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Ons is nou seker n jaar by bloemsec. het nog altyd baie goeie en vinnige diens by julle ontvang maar ek moet net noem, dis nou al die 2de keer wat julle diens totaal en al onaanvaarbaar is. ons alarm het 19:44 af gegaan, 5 min later bel bloemsec my maar ekt net vinnig die tv sagter gesit toe druk hulle die foon dood. so het niemand ons weer gekontak of enigsins opgedaag by ons plek, om te kom kyk of alles okay is nie. wat as hier nou iemand in gebreek het by ons plek? waarvoor betaal ons elke maand n fooi? hierdie diens van julle is regtig onaanvaarbaar. Ek hoop julle kan my kontak met n oplossing en verskoning!

She said that I must hold on she is going to ask her manager, so she put me on hold but somehow she took me off hold and I could hear her and a guy speaking in another language I do not understand and laughing while I'm on the other line waiting for her to come back to me. So for a while it was quiet, I was still holding on. So she gave me a customer care line I should contact, I asked her if she can please give me her name so that I can tell who I spoke to, she claimed her name was pumpkin after thinking for a while, I said that I am recording this call so she should please give me her correct name. She did not want to give me her surname. Can you please let me know who or where you got my contact details and I hope next time that you get consultants who got manners when they phone someone.
Edgars can you please take my number from your advertisements? I'm really not interested in any sales. I do not need to explain every time WHY I do not want to be part of a VIP or what ever you try to sell. The thing is, every advertisement you have, there is costs included. I do not want to pay a fee extra every month on my account and have to buy stuff to get discount on the vouchers you send. Everything costs money and I'm not interested in this. Please stop phoning me at work or ever coz time is money and I do not have the time to answer your advertisements phone calls twice a day or even have time to every time explain myself why I do not want to buy your product. I have an edgars account but I'm seriously considering to close my account if this advertisement every now and then does not stop.
I have contacted Intec numerous times about study material that is still outstanding and needs to be send to me. Also I received a Student Card in September that stated the EXPIRY DATE is on the 31 September 2015. I do not know how this is even possible for it is a year course I'm doing.<br> <br> I have contacted Intec (I still have all the emails as proof) since I received my first batch of study material, every time I receive a email from student support that they will contact me within 72 Hours. This is seriously annoying to not have a direct contact person whom you can contact about any problem. Anyway, every time someone gets back to me within this 72hour period, they can't give me a answer, they only say that they will take it up with management or they will find out what's going on. This has been a very long time that I waited for my study material and also the so called new student card.<br> <br> I'm really disappointed in your feedback / response.
After we went to the Telkom offices in Bloemfontein to get our self a internet package, we went from one counter to the other with no success of getting internet. Skott contacted me and asked if he can come and see if we have internet coverage at our home. He took care of our internet contract and we did not have to go and stand in the Telkom line for hours again. He said that we will get the modem next week sometime. The first thing on Monday morning I received the modem. Skott told me that the internet is still off but will be activated the next day. He is doing a very good job and following up with clients. Skott, I give you a 10 out of 10 for the good service you gave us.
We are standing in a line, almost 10 people waiting for service. There is 3people helping 1 couple. I really can understand why 3 employees is needed to help 1 person. This is really pour service. The consultant cant even give us proper information about the package we want and we are flgoing back and forth from counter to counter. This services is pathetic!! So we waited for about an hour in this lines and now there is a problem with the new system, apparently no one can opperate the system or they have trouble opperating it. The consultant working with the mobile service doesnt even have a name tag. Seriously? Why is the office open if they give the custoumers such bad service?<br> really pathetic!

This weekend I had to swipe my card for groceries, my transactions was DECLINED. I went to the Branch on Monday to find out what is wrong with my account, the lady said that my account has been frozen, I have been contacted numerous times to update my physical address. I told her that no one has contacted me for nothing regarding my account. She said that the lady who previously updated my cell phone number did not delete my old contact number therefore Standard Bank send me messages to the old number. How on earth is it my problem? My new contact details and email address is updated on the system but no one did any effort to try and contact me via my new cell phone number or email address. I'm very unhappy with the service of Standard Bank I received, I had to take off from work to go to the branch, I paid R17.50 for my parking ticket, the A4 page I needed to print and also to go onto the internet. This had to come out of my own pocket just because nobody could just try and contact me on my new cell phone number. I demand to get my Ucount rewards on the transaction I did at Checkers on Sunday, I refuse to pay for someone else's negligence.
