I booked my flight MONTHS ago which leaves in 4 days. I received an email today stating that my itinerary has changed & that I need to get in touch. <br> I then speak to a lady, Ayesha Wiliams. I've been in a good mood all day,so if for any reason I did or said something to provoke this lady, by all means. <br> As we are going through the itinerary, I'm making notes in my diary & checking the info I have to make sure I catch my flight in time, because this at first seemed like the only flight that was affected, was my departure flight back from the UAE. Hence my questions.<br> <br> So I hear her say that my outbound flight time is different to what I have & when I asked her, she started saying how I need to let her speak, LIKE A CHILD & that i need to keep quiet. So I kept quiet...and she kept quiet...and we sat there for probably a minute, not saying anything. I let it go - I don't have time for games.<br> <br> But when she did it again, I immediately let her know that I paid for this flight & that if she is impatient she needs to let me speak to someone else. <br> <br> I am so unhappy with the service. What will it be like on the flight? Will I also be treated like I am <br> scum? Im dreading this whole experience!

I went to @home to purchase office furniture for our new offices,paid via EFT & sent through the proof of payment, on Tuesday 27 January 2015, which was over R10,000<br> The person I dealt with, Zweli Mkumbeli, never replied to my email, which was important, as they would not place the order before receiving proof of payment. So I phoned him & he checked his emails. He confirmed that he received it whilst talking to me on the phone. He assured me that he would get in touch with his HQ that same day & get back to me THAT SAME DAY with regards to when the delivery truck would arrive.<br> He never did.<br> Today is Friday January 30th. I haven't heard one word from him. After phoning him & saying \hi Zweli this is Natashja speaking"the 1st thing he says is \""I JUST received confirmation that your payment has gone through"
