Your website shows same day deliver to Yzerfontein, I select the same day delivery gifts, chose a gift from there, even selected delivery date for the next day and after going through the entire process, I get this a message telling me that shipping is not available! Please stop wasting peoples time with wrong advertising!

Absolutely the worst services ever. I placed an order 3 days before my wedding anniversary, requesting that the Boquet I ordered for my wedding anniversary day be delivered in the morning. 3days later and It is 15:18 on the my wedding annivesary day and no flowers. Nowhere on thewebsite did Bloomable indicate that they use 3rd party florists to make up and deliver the flowers. If I knew that I would have directly gone to a florist ner me, but I needed a service to deliver the flowers as a gift, which never happend and is now a major fight. I was called by a different florist whom I had no connection with, trying to establish who I am and and where I live. I sent an email to a Natassja to confirm the delivery, Natassja simply responded the that the delivery will be done between 8-5. This is not what I requested and why I ordered 3 days before the time! You have effectively ruined the start of my anniversary day and made me look like a incomptetent person. I could not even gift my wife a bunch of flowers on our first wedding annivessary! I am furios! This is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. I am instructing Bloomable as a unsatisfied client who enjoyed no service from Bloomable a full refund and a cancellation of my order. I will go on social media and do what I need to do to get you to refund me my money.

Hi, I ordered (not the usual) a bouquet 💐 of flowers for my daughter on her Golden Birthday 🎈. The flowers delivered exceeded my expectations. She was so happy to have received her flowers. Thanks to Team Bloomble for stepping up and giving her what was required from me. Very best. Carel
