Your website shows same day deliver to Yzerfontein, I select the same day delivery gifts, chose a gift from there, even selected delivery date for the next day and after going through the entire process, I get this a message telling me that shipping is not available! Please stop wasting peoples time with wrong advertising!
I'd like to understand how Sterns sell so called white gold jewelry that no jeweler wants to buy because it's not real. The rings even came with a valuation certificate.
I've been having non stop issues with this company. About a week ago, we asked for cards to be topped up, I received a confirmation email that it had been done but when I asked the staff members to check some did not receive the funds. It's been a week of asking for feedback. The team leader Lydia Ngakane has been copied in all emails but clearly she could not be bothered about the fact that there seems to be *****ulent activity happening in her company. Furthermore when requesting invoices it takes 4 plus days. No one seems to care about this either.
I purchased items from Takealot, delivery was supposed to be done this past Saturday. All items were available for same day delivery at an additional fee but I opted for free delivery. The items were damaged during transit, no reschedule of my delivery took place, I spoke to two consultants Faith and Inathi who said they were escalating the matter. First of all, as the customer I should not even be contacting you, the mistake was on your end, you should have ensured that this delivery because it is now delayed was a priority. It is Monday afternoon and I have still not received any feedback nor has my delivery been scheduled. What exactly did you escalate?? If I do not receive my goods by tomorrow, I want this order cancelled and a full refund done.
Signed up for the Compact Plus package that includes Showmax for R349 a month, first month was fine now all of a sudden I'm being billed R549.
On Saturday I made a payment for the DSTV bundle package, there was an issue with the package not being activated. I was told that it would be sorted within 48 hours. I called back Tuesday and was assisted by an agent, the wrong package was activated and then got an email for payment. I called yesterday again and spoke to Kimberly who promised that she'd call me back as payment had to be allocated from one customer number to the next. Again no call back and again no feedback. How is this rocket science? A payment was made allocated it to the correct place and activate my package!! It’s almost an entire week!! All the while I have to keep on calling because people are ***********.
I am still waiting for a response to my previous post and my immediate refund.
So, first I order something online and delivery should be between 2 and 5 business days. Then I get an email stating it will actually be much longer than that. I requested for a cancellation and refund but no one bothers to communicate. I logged in this morning to find that my order has been cancelled but there is no communication regarding my refund? WHERE IS THE REFUND, WHERE ARE YOU REFUNDING TO AND WHEN ARE YOU REFUNDING??!!!!

I had an accident this morning. Tried calling Momentum insurance to assist with my claim, the call cut and no one called back. My daughter then called to ask someone to call me and she was told that we should phone. I eventually got an email from Momentum asking me for requirements, this email WITH ALL THE REQUIREMENTS was submitted at 11h00 this morning. At around 15h00 I called again trying to find out if my email was received, a lady by the name of Abidah said she would call me back. She just needed to restart her pc, I waited almost an hour with no call back. Once again I HAD TO CALL, this time I spoke to a guy called France. He gave me his email address and asked me to send through my docs again. I'm still waiting for someone to assist. This is the most pathetic customer service ever.
