I used to really like Bloomable, their deliveries were on time, and even their same-day service was impressive. But my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I placed an order 8 days in advance to surprise my wife with flowers at work. Instead of a surprise, it turned into a mess. On the day of delivery, Bloomable ended up calling my wife directly, telling her to wait at work even though she had already knocked off for the day. This completely ruined the surprise. To make matters worse, their customer support was unhelpful and showed no accountability. No apology, no refund, and no compensation, nothing nje! I expected better service, especially when planning ahead. Sadly, I won’t be using Bloomable again.

Extremely poor service, payed and ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentines, no feedback on email whatsoever, flowers still not delivered!!! ****MED, payed but received nothing???

Worse experience ever!!! Stay away there name you for there small team!!! Flowers arrived at 7pm what a joke man, wife was in bed and the flowers was flat and chocolates melted. NEVER EVER AGIAN WILL WE USE THIS SERVICES, I want a full refund and wil be lodging a formal complaint!!!

Worse experience ever!!! Stay away there name you for there small team!!! Flowers arrived at 7pm what a joke man, wife was in bed and the flowers was flat and chocolates melted. NEVER EVER AGIAN WILL WE USE THIS SERVICES, I want a full refund and wil be lodging a formal complaint!!!

My husband planned a thoughtful surprise for me today, only for your company to ruin it with sheer incompetence. The delivery never arrived, and now the day is spoiled. You close at 17:00 PM, yet countless customers have complained about the same issue. At this point, a simple "sorry" is an insult. It’s absolutely disgraceful that a business like yours still doesn’t grasp the fundamentals of service and reliability. Please process a refund immediately for the order under Kurt Mercuur. My husband is fortunate to have such an understanding wife, but honestly, your company is an utter disappointment.

I order in Pta for Valentines day. I am convinced that this company does not even exist. On Valentines day, same story. Reach an answering machine to tell you to mail, or chat on website, with no response on any of the platforms. Ons would thin that on Valentines day they would at least answer their phones. Where do we report the website to by **** down, because this is obviously n ****!!!!!!

Don't use this company.Absolute *******. Bought a gift box of chocs and biscuits that I selected to the value of R360 for my niece that achieved 7As in matric.I chose the 'select your hamper' option.Items received were all from Woolworths to the value of R280. Not one item I selected was received..I selected 7 and received 5..like cheese when I ordered chocs and biscuits.. Spoke to Beth,Jessica and Yekini via email, all of whom stopped responding when I expressed my concerns..Sent the + 10 emails with no response. Totally aghast with this company and it's shoddy service
