BLU52 Short changing us
We have been using Blu52 for years and like the results.. However over the past few months we have found that the contents of the container are never full. the container has 4 cells and on every occasion at least one is only 40 - 50 percent full. So we phoned the customer care no on the container and a very nice lady said on all occasions every cell should be completely full.. Okay so we bought another one today and we opened it and two of the cells are below par. So we phoned again and were told that we must return the item to the supplier which we feel is an unreasonable expense for us and requested that a representative collect it from us. Let's see what happens but it would appear that there is no quality control

21 May 2025, 11:23Good afternoon 'Mam. Thank you for your message. As per the Chemical Department, the contents of the container are filled according to weight and not visual. The BLU52 pods are available in a 1.2kg and 1.7kg respectively. Our representatives, unfortunately, do not do site visits to clients, but visit the retail stores. You are more than welcome to return the pod together with your proof of purchase to the store where you bought it for a Representative to uplift it or alternatively please send me an email to scremer@fluidra.com with your details, the batch number of the pod and photos of the half-full compartments, for assistance.
