Animals Lives Matter

What has happened to the caring vets of Blue Bush Veterinary Clinic? This morning I was waiting at 7.30am when they opened as my cat, an old patient, appeared to have been hit by a car and was in severe pain. I was very rudely told by the receptionist that they are now a day clinic only and that I should take my injured cat elsewhere. She refused to even allow me to talk to a vet. Since when do vets refuse to attend to an animal in pain?!
