ENDLESS CONNECTION PROBLEMS

A new day but more of the same internet struggles. We have now been without wifi for the past half an hour or more. No explanation, no warning just a loss of connectivity.

At this point I have ne more words of disappointment to express. The situation is dire. We are missing online classes and we can't do anything related to the internet.

In fact I don't know what we're paying for, because we're definitely not receiving the service we're supposedly buying.
