Ordered a product online. It wasn't in stock. I cancelled the order on 3 June 2025, was told on June 5, that the refund would be done on June 6. I received no communication or refund. I then asked again and was promised a new date the refund would be done. This happened another 2 times. It is now 10 DAYS since I cancelled the order. I have all the emails to prove this. The excuse is the director is running the comrades. So apparently the comrades lasts a week?.
Where is my refund? Michael Smith was the sales consultant making all these excuses. I am so disgusted. Stay away from Blue Electrical if you don't want to be ****med.
