Ordered a product online. It wasn't in stock. I cancelled the order on 3 June 2025, was told on June 5, that the refund would be done on June 6. I received no communication or refund. I then asked again and was promised a new date the refund would be done. This happened another 2 times. It is now 10 DAYS since I cancelled the order. I have all the emails to prove this. The excuse is the director is running the comrades. So apparently the comrades lasts a week?. Where is my refund? Michael Smith was the sales consultant making all these excuses. I am so disgusted. Stay away from Blue Electrical if you don't want to be ****med.
Just went to Foodeez in Diep River, where the card sticker promotion, has now changed the rules "no card, no sticker". I argued with the staff there about how stupid the rule is and some clever man kept repeating "rules are rules" with an idiotic smile on his face. And I was forced to put my sticker on a new card, instead being allowed to take the sticker with the paper backing and use it with my old card at home. I just went home and added the sticker to my old card. Who made such a idiotic rule?

On delivery of the vehicle I purchased, there was no temporary permit, and they were still waiting for number plates. I asked for a temporary permit. The salesperson, Gareth said if we got any fines they would pay for them.<br> I received a R500 unlicenced vehicle fine and Gareth and Wesley both said the would pay it. <br> <br> 2 months later and after numerous emails and about 3 phonecalls, he kept telling me he would pay the fine, now he just ignores my emails.<br> <br> I will still be going to the dealership to get the money to pay for the fine.
