FOODEEZ Parklands On 30 June I made a purchase on the FOODEEZ APP from the Parklands branch. Some items were out of stock, thus needed to be refunded. I have been dealing with Raymond Rose since the purchase date to refund the amount of R175.96 for goods paid for that were out of stock. He has been in contact with Peach Payments who could not assist. He referred me back to my bank, Capitec, a second time. On 18 July 2024 a representative of Capitec Bank called Raymond Rose. She had difficulty communicating with him, as he was shouting over her, and eventually put the phone down on her. I then sent an email to Peach Payments regarding this issue. They have responded that they have been trying to make contact with Raymond Rose, but do not get any response. HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND BACK?

Just went to Foodeez in Diep River, where the card sticker promotion, has now changed the rules "no card, no sticker". I argued with the staff there about how stupid the rule is and some clever man kept repeating "rules are rules" with an idiotic smile on his face. And I was forced to put my sticker on a new card, instead being allowed to take the sticker with the paper backing and use it with my old card at home. I just went home and added the sticker to my old card. Who made such a idiotic rule?

I was parked out Foodeez market yesterday in Fish Hoek, and was about to get out when this man comes up to me and asks me to move my car because he truck wants to park where I a situated. I realize it is a Foodeez truck and I remind him that I am not parked in a loading zone and that is this a normal parking bay, and he tells me I still need to move so that they can be closer. I remind him that he is parked right behind me and in order for me to move out of the way I would have to turn my car around at the robots and park at the other side of the road. He tells me I can park behind them, and still I point out that I am only going to be 5 minutes in the store, and even to get in my car and park behind him I would have to drive all the way around the area and come back, in the hopes of this parking being available. And he tells me yes I can do that. I was so appalled and not just his attitude, but his demand that I make his job easier for him, when the truth was, He was just a few steps further than he would have been. It was such a huge disappointment in spending a public holiday walking around town and then having being treated this badly, and with so little respect. I was not even asked nicely, or with any kindness, but just expected to move. What if I had not been by my car? Would he not just have stayed parked behind me and done his job, instead of keeping me there more than the 5 minutes it would have taken me to get into the shop and back out, not understanding or even listening to my point of view.

Shocking service... I visited the business today and was greeted with pure ignorance.. The doorman told me my baby of a month should have a mask on his face... A baby... Once I asked to speak to the manager... I was then told this was a nessarary step... Told me even if he is covered with his receiving blanket we were not welcome in the store.. When I brought to the attention of the government gazette and the national wide protocols of covid 19..the manager rudely dismissed me saying that they will do things there way or no way at all... If u visit this business do it alone or don't go at all... if you have any common sense please stay away.. You will find yourself trying to reason with ignorant people

Dear Peter On the 15 November 2019 around 17:30 pm. I went to the Foodies store in Welkom to buy some staff then i went home. On Saturday i drink some drink that i buy at the store the i reacted on it after i drank it but i did not know it was coursed by it then on Sunday my boy drank it the i drink a littler bit on it, I became sick reacting again(itching and rush came when i scratched where i was itching, then i took the container to check what is wrong i realized it expired long time 13.11.2017 i did not sleep at all then i was red on some of my body mostly my face was having a lot of rush. I come to work ask for permission to go see the Dr . Then around 13:30 on Monday, i started at the store before going to the Dr took one of the product that i bought on Friday ask for manager she was busy with other clients i wait until she finish then talk to her and show the till slip that i drink this then react on it its long expired, then she said to me i can not read there are some poster written there i must read them. the i said next to the product that i buy there is nothing written there only the price, then she must look at my face then she give me attitude she was not the owner the shop i must speak to the own. she left me there without any help and that is when i left to consult my Doctor. i have medical proof that i reacted negativity to the drink. i suspected that the lady did not help me because i am black and she is white. May i please have your assistance on this problem because now rush has developed on my face.
