So sick of this OneCart Personal Shopper in Canal Walk, Century City, Cape Town!! Same s#@t, different day with you..... I DO NOT want something different to what I ordered!!! This OneCart shopper in Canal Walk is THE WORST!! She spends MY MONEY however SHE FEELS LIKE!! I am so SICK OF THIS! If you don't like your job, leave!! I have many more complaints about this. You can read it on Hello Peter! This is MY money that you are shopping with!! PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES: When an item is ordered from opposite sides of the same mall, this shopper immediately indicates the the item/s in the furthest shop is sold out. Not bothered to walk there obviously! This has happened on more than one occasion. Isn't the point of OneCart that you shop multiple shops in ONE CART, huh??!!
FOODEEZ Parklands On 30 June I made a purchase on the FOODEEZ APP from the Parklands branch. Some items were out of stock, thus needed to be refunded. I have been dealing with Raymond Rose since the purchase date to refund the amount of R175.96 for goods paid for that were out of stock. He has been in contact with Peach Payments who could not assist. He referred me back to my bank, Capitec, a second time. On 18 July 2024 a representative of Capitec Bank called Raymond Rose. She had difficulty communicating with him, as he was shouting over her, and eventually put the phone down on her. I then sent an email to Peach Payments regarding this issue. They have responded that they have been trying to make contact with Raymond Rose, but do not get any response. HOW CAN I GET MY REFUND BACK?
On 17/01/2017 I sent Perfect Dealz this email regarding an order #14374 I had received: "I trust you are well. When will you action the problems encountered with the triangular mop that was delivered incomplete? I was requested on your whatsapp to provide photos, which I did. When can I expect the problem to be solved? Thanks." Eventually on 06/02/2023 I received this response: "We sincerely apologize for the late response. We will ship the missing parts before the end of the week". I have since sent numerous whattsapps and emails, and I cannot get Perfect Dealz to send the missing chenille fabric cloth and the extention rod that were missing from the box when I received the order. This means that I cannot use the item. This company is quick to sell me an order of R1640 and take my money, but I cannot rely on them to provide all the articles that I purchased!!! This order was placed 10/12/2022. It is now 18/04/2023, and I STILL CANNOT GET THIS MATTER RESOLVED!!!
I had my first and second experience of taking an elderly dog to Hakuna Mata Vet. What a lovely experience! From the minute I walked in, both Diesel and I felt instantly welcome! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Super atmosphere and professional service. Lovely!
Thank you for the prompt response and professional service. Your guys were friendly, super helpful and professional. I also have to mention their diplomacy and professionalism for conversing in english to each other whilst I was there so that I, as a client, could understand what was going on with the job they were busy doing. It also just felt like kindness over and above the professionalism. Thank you again.
On 6 July 2022 and amount of R800.84 went off my bank account to Pick n Pay (PnP) ASAP erroneously. I had vast email correspondence with PnP regarding this. On three occasions they requested bank statements as proof that the money was paid to them, and that the transaction had not been reversed. On all three occasions I was informed that a refund was done, and would take 3 to 10 working days to reflect in my bank account. Yesterday the 10 working days on the third promised refund was up, and it does not reflect on my bank account until today, 10 September 2022!!!!!
