Called in and was promised my item would arrive at the store in Wynberg by 3pm - got there and was told the van broke down. Waited because they said the van would arrive by 6:30pm. At 6pm a rude lady called “Busi” came and kicked us out of the store! Order has been placed and it’s been almost a week now with no delivery to me! No answer to emails - no answer of calls Please stay far far far away from this place!

I bought something from perfect deals. After 10 day's no response. I tried to phone them, no answer. I tried to WhatsApp them to number given by them, no response. I emailed them. No response. I will never buy from them again.I Lost my money

Terrible terrible service and customer care. They sell defected good and when you reach out they don't respond to emails or whatsapp or followup after you speak to them on the phone. If you don't want to be frustrated don't do business with them.

Two refunds not done since 4 April. Have followed up many, many times via email and numerous telephone calls. They all promise action and feedback, but NO ACTION. Have spoken and emailed so many of them, but still NOTHING. Managers are not available, so I cannot escalate. Ref nr PDZ3168 is R 1000.00. Ref nr PDZ3935 is R 9597.00. This is a complaint about their shocking service.

We bought a bicycle for a birthday gift we received a defective item with no mud guards a chain thats broken and the part that fasten the handle bar is missing with the bicycle being the wrong colour also send a email with no response on the 11th of May and phoned on the 13th of May spoke to Jason he advised me that the item will be collected with in 2 to 3 business days it was not collected I phoned yesterday again the 25th of May spoke to Jason again he told me the couriers was at the wrong address on Saturday but no one phoned us he told me yesterday that it will be collected yesterday afternoon with Internet Express and Paul will be in touch and send a email but nothing yet I phoned today the 26th of May spoke to Jason again and he said he will phone me back but no communication yet I feel this is very bad customer service as a customer im not suppose to be phoning again and again and getting no assistance why myst we fight first before something gets done and we also did contact them on what's app on the 7th of May to report the defective item with no response they want sales but dont worry about after sales service

To date, I have: * Received no delivery of the order * Received no meaningful response from the merchant * Sent multiple emails to [info@perfectdealz.co.za](mailto:info@perfectdealz.co.za) with no reply * Escalated the matter through PayJustNow (Ticket 7415923), with no resolution to date Timeline: * Payment completed: 19 May 2026 * Follow-ups: multiple, no response * Current status: unresolved, no communication from merchant I attempted to resolve this privately before posting publicly. There has been no engagement or update from the merchant at any stage. At this point, I am left with no option but to escalate through formal consumer protection channels. Placed an order 5 days ago (order number #PDZ6146). Received no update. I called multiple times, I send 5 urgent emails and WhatsApp as well. No reply. I wouldn't recommend buying items from this online store and would recommend first doing research before purchasing online.
