This place has the worst customer service. It's actually non-existent. I purchased an item, upon receiving it, I realised that I had made an error since it was not in line with what I envisioned. I tried to return it from day 1 since there's a 7 day return policy. There's no response from them after I paid the courier fee for them to fetch it so that they can refund my money. I chased them for 7 days and they never reply. Please do not buy anything from them, steer clear at all costs. Rather pay more elsewhere, where you can trust the seller.

This place has the worst customer service. It's actually non-existent. I purchased an item, upon receiving it, I realised that I had made an error since it was not in line with what I envisioned. Extremely poor customer service. The sales staff make promises that are clearly not true, advertising products that they don’t even have in stock. This is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. I requested a refund and was told I have to wait, which is equally frustrating. The level of service is absolutely pathetic – they would be better off closing down if this is how they treat customers. Just a bunch of *********** people. One week later still no refund even though I had been promised. They don’t even comply with their own policies!

I placed an order based on their advertised 24-hour dispatch guarantee, yet my order is still stuck in "processing." While I received a generic email mentioning a "fulfillment delay," the company has since gone completely silent. I have attempted to contact them multiple times via the provided phone number (011 048 2402) and their WhatsApp line (064 601 3518), but I have received absolutely no response. It is completely unprofessional to promise 24-hour dispatch, fail to meet your own standards, and then become unreachable when a customer follows up. I am no longer interested in waiting for an order that should have been sent out days ago. I am officially requesting an immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund to my original payment method. Perfect Dealz, please acknowledge this request and confirm the refund immediately.

I ordered on the 21st of February, it’s the 5th of March and I haven’t received no feedback or update about my order. They ignore me on WhatsApp, their landline doesn’t work. 25th of Feb someone with a **** name Noelan picked up and said they’re sorry about my order but it would be dispatched that day, he said I’d receive an email from courier then he also personally sent an email saying confirming what he was saying on the call, but ofcourse he was lying. He sent the email from his personal name, not even a company signature at the end. 2nd of March I called and they ignored my calls, randomly rep**** saying “WhatsApp how can we help you”, basically as if they’re running a **** of a ****a shop. I sent screenshots of my conversation with “Nolan”, they ignored me, I called and they kept ignoring me till now. I asked that my order be cancelled and they’re still ignoring me. I haven’t received my items, not even an email update.

Don't trust this place. items are in stock and when ordered they want money. Soon as you give them money the item is automatically out of stock. They never give updates at all. Calling them doesn't help because they never answer the phones. They don't respond to emails. Pathetic service

If you want poor service, buy from Perfect Dealz. So unprofessional and poor communication. They didn't deliver my items. They told me to come and collect them myself even though I paid them to deliver.
