Bad Service
Very poor service, they are amateurs. Something always go wrong with them and they give silly reasons for their incompetence.

Poor customer service
Terrible terrible service and customer care. They sell defected good and when you reach out they don't respond to emails or whatsapp or followup after you speak to them on the phone. If you don't want to be frustrated don't do business with them.

Poor Network and Service
I got fibre with them a couple of months back. At first the network was great but now it's terrible and their prices keep going up the amount they deduct is not what was agreed on and their net is so poor to top it up. I am very disappointed and unhappy with their service.
