I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Webway Hosting, and I can confidently say it's one of the worst hosting services I've dealt with. The issue? I was double-charged for a payment, and despite the fact that their system clearly shows both transactions (one allocated, the other not), they claim it will take 14 days to process my refund. Why? There’s no logical reason for such an unreasonable delay when the mistake is obvious and on their end. If they can see the duplicate payment, why can’t they refund it immediately? Most reputable companies process refunds within 3-5 business days, but Webway Hosting seems to drag it out unnecessarily. This kind of poor customer service and inefficiency is unacceptable. Avoid this hosting provider if you value timely support, transparency, and basic competence. There are far better options out there that won’t make you wait two weeks for a simple refund that should take days at most.

Useless customer service, they cant solve a issue of a NS record. i will take them days to solve the problem and then my customer is without emails. I`m busy moving all my domains away from them. Don`t use them, use Godaddy or AzuraCast.

One of the WORST companies I have ever had to deal with… WebWayhost (formerly known as VE Host) has all the bells and whistles to woo you(as a customer) and once you're in - reality strikes that ‘not all that glittered was gold’ Created an online profile with them on Monday, February 3 and was flooded with calls and emails reminding me to sign-up for one of their services. Ultimately placed an order for a web hosting package on Friday, February 14. All seemed well until they had to migrate my website from my previous host to their server. Excuses of how large the files were and compression thereof started to emanate. They, then asked me to consult with my previous host to increase the web disk space (twice), which they duly did to accommodate the backup. Two days later WebWayhost had still not completed the migration as they claim to be encountering difficulties. On Sunday, February 16 an email was received from them requesting that I give them a review on Google and Facebook. I responded and raised a number of issues as to why I was not satisfied with how things have been conducted, hoping that they would right the wrongs but instead they saw it fit to instruct me, once again, to liaise with my previous host to back-up the web files, compress and submit them to me so I can forward to them and they can download and restore them for me. What kind of fallacy is that? Where in the Web Hosting world have you ever heard such a thing? Whose responsibility is it to migrate a new client's website upon signing up? I'm definitely sure that it is not the responsibility of the previous host. Even if one were to do research in acquiring a hosting, most (if not all) web hosting company will advise you that they will undertake migration themselves - and this is what I expected out of WebWayhost. To rub salt into the wound, I was told that despite all these (at least) I can testify how committed they (WebWayhost) are to getting me started considering how soon they migrated my databases and emails(*sic*). What are the chances that whenever I encounter problems and open a ticket, instead of stepping-up I will be directed to liaise with the previous host? In the beginning of the week, I received an email from a different personnel asking why I’m leaving after I cancelled the order placed three days ago and citing ‘not satisfied’ - Responding to it was a waste of my time as it was responded to by the same person who couldn’t back my website files for migration. Overall, I would not recommend WebWayhost nor advise any website owner to look their way for any online business solutions.

Once again great service from the team at VE Hosting who have now changed their name to WebWay. Thank you to Lassie and everyone else who were patient with me until I had my banking sorted out and did not charge me interest on outstanding fees. My phone was ****** and I couldn't get the number back because I was using a simcard RICA'd in someone else's name. I had to go to each of my banks and change my number there. Then I was able to make the payments via the Capitec instant pay feature. I still think you guys should have an option to do a direct deposit using our account as the reference just in case of situations like this, but I'm sure you have valid reasons why you discontinued that option. Thanks again.

Good morning. I just want to write and say "THANK YOU" to Vehost, now renamed as Webway. Firstly, I've never known how to be able to have an online store, and, since GOD has prepared me and trained me and showed given me a strategy to engineer an online store, it is all made possible with your convenient hosting. It is so amazing. I am excited for 2025, and great potential for growth.

I have been with vehost for 6 years. The relationship is getting more sour by the day. For some reason, vehost seem to have changed. I can't get them to assist with anything support related. I hate complaining. It takes too much energy.

This is the worse service provider, definition of a nightmare. This guys if they don't like your query they just ignore you. I don't see pictures upload button, I wanted to upload the screenshot, sometimes seeing is believing. Ve Host is a nightmare, I'm hosting with them, Is like I'm in prison, I don't enjoy anything.
