Shocking service... I visited the business today and was greeted with pure ignorance.. The doorman told me my baby of a month should have a mask on his face... A baby... Once I asked to speak to the manager... I was then told this was a nessarary step... Told me even if he is covered with his receiving blanket we were not welcome in the store.. When I brought to the attention of the government gazette and the national wide protocols of covid 19..the manager rudely dismissed me saying that they will do things there way or no way at all... If u visit this business do it alone or don't go at all... if you have any common sense please stay away.. You will find yourself trying to reason with ignorant people
I had the most horrible experience ever with virgin active...i was offered a deal by a sales consultant at the kenilworth branch in cape town and i thought i would give it a try well i signed up a day before the new month and i was billed for a month i didnt even use,i called them and they told me its procedure, i didnt read much into it till the next month end when i was billed for 2 months and i didnt even visit the gym once...pissed off i called the call centre to cancel the membership and i was told i needed to pay a cancellation fee of R1600...I was then handed over to debt collectors because i refused to pay for something i didnt use at all...i really feel as if these people needs to be shamed for their daylight robbery and exploitation of consumers...I WILL NEVER EVER ADVISE ANYBODY TO JOIN VIRGIN ACTIVE EVER!!!!!! Now im forced to pay for something i didnt use at all...
