Worst stay ever

I wish I can rate it less than 1. It looks nothing like the internet pictures. Nothing. Their services are horrible, we slept in a premier room and disappointing is an understatement. There’s spider webs all over, the bed squeaks, the Capet is dusty and the furniture is hanging on a thread. The bathroom looks great until you bath and run out of cold water mid way. Our door couldn’t lock so they suggested to move us to a different room while we were out at golf and that never happened so basically she was lying to us. We basically left and spent the day with an unlocked door not knowing if our belongings were safe or not because there was no security in the whole premise. If you want to opt to eat there, don’t bother. There’s only one waitress and probably one chef because you will wait for more than 3 hours just to order your breakfast and another 3 just for food; with only four customers in the whole restaurant. The s****s are either dirty or unavailable, no clean glasses and no clean table to sit at for breakfast. I’m definitely never setting my foot there and I’d advise anyone else wanting to save their time and money to stay away from Blue Haze Country Lodge.
