Blue Hills Veterinary Hospital confirms their stance on shocking treatment of clients

When I raised my concern with the Practise manager - Sally Noble I received a response dismissing my concerns and an arrogant invitation not to use their practice. I published my experience on our local residents Whatapp forum. I immediately got half a dozen responses reporting the same shoddy treatment of clients and their animals from residents. This practice has a well established and entrenched culture of mistreating Clients .
