Great experience, great treatment, great price.
Amazing experience. Dr Sam is the most incredible vet and her team are just as wonderful. We’ve had two visits to the vet with our dog, first with a sore leg and secondly, an accidental ingestion of tablets. Both times Dr Sam was kind, understanding and put the needs of the pet first. She explained in depth the situations and treatment plan. The best part was getting the bill at the end - both times we expected a hefty account and both times we were very happy with the amounts. I couldn’t recommend this practice more!

Best Veterinary service in the north.
Blue Hills Veterinary Hospital is an animal care facility of the highest quality. Every Dr, nurse, dog walker, receptionist and everyone else involved with this compassionate and loving environment deserve a medal of gold. Their kindness, understanding and overall demeanor supports a hopeful and happy outcome for every animal they take care of. Thank you BHVH.

Great compassionate service
Great staff that really care for the animals. They even went so far as to send me a picture of my sick dog that's staying the night. Would definitely recommend to others

Blue Hills Veterinary Hospital confirms their stance on shocking treatment of clients
When I raised my concern with the Practise manager - Sally Noble I received a response dismissing my concerns and an arrogant invitation not to use their practice. I published my experience on our local residents Whatapp forum. I immediately got half a dozen responses reporting the same shoddy treatment of clients and their animals from residents. This practice has a well established and entrenched culture of mistreating Clients .

Shocking attitude and complete lack of compassion for the welfare and treatment of animals
Absolutely shocking service and attitude from Vetinary prcctitioner on duty on Sunday 25 November. This over zealous person showed no propensity to the welfare or treatement of an animal. I was shocked to say th elease. People such as this should be practising in an industry dedicated to the care and welfare of animals.

Brilliant service and ethics!!!
Knocked a bird with my car, took it to this vet, the service was impeccable. they phoned around to see what needed to be done but unfortunately had to put the birdie down. atleast they ended his suffering. was a sad day indeed, nevertheless, it beats dying next to the road!!!
